Place the red ball on the spot with the cue ball half ball snookered by the blue.  The three balls should span a distance of approximately six inches.  Although snookered the object is to pot the red. This is achieved by slightly cheating and allowing the cue to follow through hence striking not only the white but also the red and potting it.
